So many people are dissatisfied with what's going on in their lives, not to mention our world's affairs. Yet, for all their discontent, they do little more than complain about it. As a result, they keep getting more of the same, and sit by as it escalates.

We journey into this world of form to interact with the darkness, and rarely allow the light to shine with full intensity into our lives.

Worse, though, we often feel we're doing so without love. And so we go about trying to gather it by proving our worth, or assert our fears to hold on to what little we think we have.

Did you ever wonder how someone could in one breath talk about spiritual possibilities, and in the next be attacking the beliefs and institutions upon which our world is based? For me it's easy because the system upon which they're all built is broken.

I'm a metaphysical kind of guy. Not so much one that tries to explain how all the energies flow and lay out some complex multi-dimensional structure, though that's fun to play with at times.

No, I'm more concerned with the "spiritual" intention behind it all. Behind this world. Behind my life. And behind all the desires and fears used to lead me through it. And then sharing what I find in hopes you can somehow use them in whatever way you're called.

Have you given any thought to my last question, "If you could create anything you wanted, what would you create?" There are so many choices. It's enough to drive a person crazy!

Yesterday we talked about the process of experiencing life. Today we'll talk about learning to create.

You've read elsewhere on these pages that all it takes is seeing, believing, and creating. And in the highest sense, that's correct. But maybe there's a little more going on than meets the eye.

Let's look at this thing called life. It's why we're here, yet we get so caught up in what it brings that we rarely get to look at what's going on beneath the surface. Maybe it's time we do.

The object of all of this is for you to access your own mastery. That's why the emphasis on the inner voice. It will lead you to what is needed next on your journey through this school of life.

With the start of baseball season already here, let's look at our spiritual journey in similar terms. After all, most people consider it their solemn duty to finish first, if not in speed, at least by creating everything in life they want.
