Which Way to Go?
If you want to go one way, and the world wants you to go another, which way do you go?
If you want to offer one aspect of yourself, and the world wants another (like continuing in a career or service that doesn't feel right to you any more), which do you provide?
Do you reluctantly give them what they want? Or do you keep looking for those who want what you want to give?
What's Going On?
If you're making a change in direction in your life, undertand that the world is still responding to the patterns you set in motion long ago. You taught people what they should expect from you.
Now your efforts to change has them confused. The old you hasn't died away, and they don't yet know the new you, the one you want to show off and offer to the world now.
The task requires you to uneducate them on the old ways, and educate them on the new. Many, though, like the old you and what you brought to them before. With your change you may find they don't treat you the same because you won't do for them now what you did for them before. Then again, you're not treating them the same, either, are you?
Perhaps you will find that in order to make such a change, the old you must first die off. That may include the life you lived, and even some or all of the people in it. Or it may not.
What's It Worth to You?
