Highs and Lows

“Highs and lows are a part of life. You create them and you create them to serve you. So figure out how they are serving you at the time and let them continue to serve you.

You create everything for a reason and everything has a design. So, every high and every low will have its own design. And, by the way, you can change any design at any time in any way, if and when you want to.

So focus, keep your focus, sharpen your intention and you will then realize that everything is equal. Highs and lows are equal. They are just, and nothing more than, more experiences in your lifetime. Enjoy them.
