“Religion can be a good thing. It can offer to you faith, belief and something to trust when you are doubting yourself.
Spirituality can be a good thing also. It can offer to you faith, belief and something to trust when you are doubting yourself.
When looking at the real religion and real spiritualism or spirituality, you will find there is really no separation at all. Spiritualism, spirituality is all about life.
The real religion is life. Either or both of these can be found within you and all around you.
No matter which one you choose, or if you choose both – never, never, ever give your power away. Always have faith in yourself. Always believe in yourself and always trust yourself when you might be doubting yourself.
