User Agreement
Definitions
The term member as used herein shall apply equally to all unregistered visitors, registered free visitors, and paid subscribers to any membership level, educational program, service, or other offering from WhisperZone and/or John Dennison, or their subsidiaries or affiliates. References to WhisperZone or WhisperZone.org in this agreement shall be deemed references to said Whisper Zone, LLC. WhisperZone.org is a website owned and operated by Whisper Zone, LLC. Affiliates shall include but not be limited to John Dennison, Dennison Management Group, Inc., Dennison & Dennison, P.A., Whisper Academy, and the Whisper Foundation (notwithstanding its independent status as a 501(c)(3) project of the National Heritage Foundation), any 3rd party site that resells or refers customers to any WhisperZone membership or product, and/or any employee, agent or contractor of same, and all rights under this agreement that inure to WhisperZone, LLC shall equally inure to the benefit of said affiliates at their election in each instance.

Copyright on materials contributed by WhisperZone members as well as all other content is held by the individual creators. Copyright on all collaborative works shall be held by WhisperZone, free of claim or right of the individual contributors.
However, articles and blogs by John Dennison (John) may be reprinted using this attribution text under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 2.5 License. with notice to John Dennison via this website in each instance.
